Refunds and Exchanges


ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us at info@caseyandcole.co.uk

RETURNS:

Please choose your items carefully when purchasing from Casey & Cole as we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, or for any items that have been bought at a discounted or SALE price.

 FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

All of our orders are carefully checked and packaged to prevent any damages during the shipment of orders. However, if received and the product is faulty please contact us at info@caseyandcole.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Casey & Cole will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge, or provide a full refund. However, all goods returned must arrive back to Casey & Cole in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

When returning an item, we request the following:
 Obtaining tracking on your return parcel.
 A copy of your receipt or proof of shipment.

We cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery. 

Note: we aim to process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us.
